Terms of Service

While many companies have Terms of Service that are complicated and in huge paragraphs, we prefer to keep our Terms simple, and easy to understand.

What WE promise to YOU:
- We will never tweet your account without you allowing it.
- We will never see or have access to your Twitter password.
- We will never sell or give out any of your information to anyone.
- We will always let you know if any changes are going to occur to your account.
- We will do our best to help you whenever you have questions.
- We will strive to keep OverFollow an error-free, secure, easy to use service.
- We will always listen to your concerns to build a happier OverFollow community.

What YOU promise to US:
- You will not break any rules outlined on of OverFollow's pages.
- You will not hack or exploit any scripts on OverFollow to your advantage.
- You will not use OverFollow and its services for illegal/unallowed purposes.
- You will not use profile pictures that contain pornography, or other questionable/illegal content.

While we do our best to keep questionable content off of OverFollow.com, you understand and agree that we cannot be held responsible for any content you're exposed to, as this is a user driven service, browse at your own risk.

All VIP sales are final. Payments will not be refunded unless OverFollow experiences downtime that exceeds 72 hours. Scheduled maintenances are exempt from this rule. Charging back after buying VIP will result in your account being banned from OverFollow permanently.

We have the right to edit these Terms at any time, however, if any changes directly affect users, users will be notified of the changes prior to the finalization - we'll always ask for your input!

If you do not agree to any of the above Terms of Service, you are required to leave this site immediately.
If you break these Terms of Service, your account may be deleted.
